CFS conducts a detailed analysis of the business in the areas of sales, operations and finance in order to provide a plan to turn-around or enhance the business.  This plan includes specific measurable steps that will improve cash flow and operating efficiency.

We also work on behalf of the business owner to eliminate debt by reaching negotiated settlements with creditors and restructuring debt.  Savings typically range from 30% to 70% of the original amount owed.  In many cases, CFS  helps businesses acquire working capital or investment capital when these funds are difficult to acquire through traditional sources.
